Subsequent changes will be signed off and re-quoted. Quotes are valid for a maximum of 5 working days unless otherwise specified. Quotes may still be adjusted to compensate for currency fluctuations and supplier price adjustments outside FRS control. All custom-build quotations will be invoiced on acceptance. FRS requires a 70% deposit upfront and 30% on completion, delivery, or collection. All IP, fabrication, jigs, templates, moulds, and materials remain the property of Flat Rock Studio Pty (Ltd) unless agreed otherwise. I agree to these terms when commissioning FRS for the described work. I understand that a non-refundable deposit may be required and agree to pay the agreed amount upon completion.
