I agree with the terms

We accept that all changes to this brief for Flat Rock Studio Pty (Ltd) “FRS” will void it, and any estimate based on it. Subsequent changes will be signed off and re-quoted. Quotes are valid for a maximum of 5 working days unless otherwise specified. Quotes may still be adjusted to compensate for currency fluctuations and supplier price adjustments outside FRS control. All custom-build quotations will be invoiced on acceptance. FRS requires a 70% deposit upfront and 30% on completion, delivery, or collection. All IP, fabrication, jigs, templates, moulds, and materials remain the property of Flat Rock Studio Pty (Ltd) unless agreed otherwise. I agree to these terms when commissioning FRS for the described work. I understand that a non-refundable deposit may be required and agree to pay the agreed amount upon completion. I acknowledge that FRS retains all rights to the work until full payment is received. (E&OE)
